WPPA President’s Message 2024
I hope this message finds you well. As your President, I want to encourage each of you to get involved and make the most of your membership in the Wisconsin Professional Photographers Association.
First and foremost, volunteering is the lifeblood of our organization. Whether it’s teaching a workshop, serving on a committee, or assisting with our annual convention, your time and talents make a huge difference to the organization and fellow members.
Volunteering also offers incredible opportunities for networking, skill-sharing, and personal growth.
We just finished our print competition which provided valuable feedback for those who
participated and an opportunity to hone their talent as photographers. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or new to the scene, I encourage you to enter your work. It’s a great way to get your images seen by peers and to grow in your client work as well.
Speaking of skills, don’t miss out on our mentoring program! Mentoring is a fantastic way to build connections and advance your craft. Just ask.

Be inspired by those who came before us because we have a rich history of trail blazers in Wisconsin. But also let us open ourselves to those who will take us into the future.
