Honorary Fellowship

The Highest Honor that WPPA can offer for selfless, uncompromising dedication to the achievement of contributions, which eminently advance the image of professional photography, is the Honorary Fellowship.

This is awarded to an individual, not necessarily active in professional practice, but who has contributed greatly to photographers and photography for many years and countless hours thru volunteering and mentoring. He or she may or may not be a member of PPA or WPPA.

This award is rarely given.

This award is given for special recognition – The nomination is usually made by a board member or current WPPA President.  The WPPA President will meet with the Fellowship Chair for a final decision.  

The Honorary Fellowship is awarded with a gold medal on a red and purple ribbon.
